RETURN POLICY
All returns of unopened items will be granted a full refund when made within 30 days and be accompanied with an original Store Receipt.
All damaged items must be reported with in 3 working days of receipt of your order.
Any errors in an order MUST be reported within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If you are looking for a specific item that we do not stock, please email us at info@thegoodapple.com and we will attempt to find it for you from one of our distributors. Please provide the following information for special orders: 1) Manufacturer of Product 2) Name of Product 3) Size of Product Remember Special Orders could take up to a MONTH to arrive.

SHIPPING
All shipping is to be confined to the USA and it's territories. ALL Shipping within the continental USA is sent via UPS and will be charged a FLAT fee of $4.95 per order. Any order that contains OVER 20 Lbs of Nuts or Dried Fruits is subject to additional Shipping and Handling Charges. ALL Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and those orders will be charged actual SHIPPING cost of each individual package.
